All DTF transfers are custom printed to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a verified production defect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready and sized correctly before submitting.

Orders are printed in-house within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST begin production the next business day.

Shipping times vary by carrier and location. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
