File Setup Responsibility
This service requires you to be responsible for setting up your file. If you are unsure how to do that, contact us and we'll help. We print what you send, exactly how you send it.
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a high-quality transfer method that allows vibrant, full-color designs to be pressed onto garments using a heat press.
What size gang sheets do you offer?
We print 34” wide gang sheets with adjustable length. Pricing is calculated automatically based on total square inches.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on $0.03 per square inch with automatic bulk discounts applied to larger orders.
Is there a minimum order?
For “Print By Size” orders, there is a $10 minimum per design. Gang sheets have a minimum length of 12 inches.
What file types do you accept?
We accept:
- PNG (preferred)
- PDF
- High-resolution JPG
Files should be 300 DPI with a transparent background when possible.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 1–2 business days. Large orders may require additional time.
What temperature should I press DTF transfers?
Recommended pressing instructions:
- Press at 300–325°F
- Medium pressure
- Press for 10–15 seconds
- Cold peel for best results
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, all sales are final unless there is a production defect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I place bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. Our automatic tiered pricing system provides discounts for larger gang sheet orders. For high-volume partnerships, please contact us directly.
