Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For larger custom laser projects the processing time could take up to one week. 

Large gang sheet or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We have a cutoff of 2pm on all next day orders. If a rush job is requested we will charge and additional fee. 

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the carrier selected at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

3. Tracking

Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has shipped.

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
